Findings
1, The proposed structure, subject to the conditions below, will conform to
the requirements of the Petaluma General Plan /Environmental Design
Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and the Uniform Building Code.
2, The use will, not constitute a nuisance or be detrimental to the public
welfare of the community.
Conditions:
1, The unit shall meet the 1979 Uniform Building Code and City of
Petaluma Building Code requirements. Immediate- health and safety
items shall be taken care of within .30 days. Remaining building code
occupancy requirements .shall be met within 90 days.
2. The rear and side yard , areas adjoining the unit shall be landscaped
'(subject to site design review) and remain available for use by the
occupant of the accessory unit.

according to approved plans.
All exposed landscaping irrigation lines shall be placed underground,
.All deteriorated parking and driveway surface areas shall be: patched.
