APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of February 8th and March 8th, 1983,
were approved as submitted.

CORRESPONDENCE: Chairman, Shearer wanted to. know if there was 'a reply ready `
for Mrs. L`elouaen regarding the condition of Cherry St. Staff
advised they should have -a report ready for: the next meeting.
DIRECTOR'S ;REPORT: 0 Mr. Freitas advised the City Council began its.
review of the GP /EDP' Amendments'. Penn Phillips was
turned down by the Council.
2) City Council wants to set a workshop date with the
Planning Commission next month regarding, mitigation ".
policies on ponding.
3) A special workshop meeting for the Planning
Commissioners has been set up for April 5th.

Staff advised they would like this item withdrawn as the City Attorney would like to'
wait on the outcome of a Supreme Court case of similar nature. It was the consensus.
of the commission to withdraw this item.
II. Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Mobile Office Trailers

The' hearing was continued from 3/8/83. The public hearing was closed.
Motion introduced by Comm. Head, seconded by Comm. Popp, to recommend to the
City Council approval of the proposed amendments regarding mobile office trailers.
