1. All visible mechanical equipment shall be fully screened subject to
design review by the Community Development and Planning Department.
2. All signs shall conform to City Sign Standards .
3. At least 10 employees within the center will be required to park off site
in a. permanent City approved parking facility, or at least a. 10 space
off street parking lot designed to City standards, to be provided within -
300 feet of the site. These facilities. shall be provided within 90 days
