Amended. Conditions: 1. U'se permit shall be reviewed annually by staff. If complaints are deceived regarding the operation of the restaurant . or if staff finds non compliance with the conditions of approval, the matter will be brought to the Commission's attention. 2. The "silent" speaker system will be used after 2:00 p . m. on Sundays and before 8:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p..m. - all other days., 1 266 3.
