as submitted.

Q COMMISSIONERS REPORTS: Parks and Recreation Commission.
Commissioner Waite reported the.,Parks and'
Recreation,. Commission is iworkiiig on the,
selection of, Community Athletic Facilities,. The Commission started with.
a select -ion of. 12 sites and are establishing a rating, criter-,ia. which was
presented to the -Council. Commissioner Cavanagh: reported, the Commission
will, report -:back to the,C'ouncil on six .of the s lected sites.

was opened and closed., Motion introduced by Commissioner Head;,.seconded .by
Commissioner Popp to grant the Use.Permit., subject to the recommended conditions..

Comm — Head'moved.that a -recommendation onchanging the.Rules and .Regulations,
Section III,Election of Officers ,be continued until there was a fu1l1 body
of Commissioners' present. Motion failed: .for. the lack of :a_' second.. Motion
introduced —by Comm'. Head; seconded by Comm.'Popp, to adopt the :f;ollowing
amendmena to.'the Rules and Regulations,. S.ec.tion. III-. 3,01.. - S'aid officers
shall be,• elected annually at the .first meeeing in, July, by a' mAJ0-1.ity of the
.Commission.

had been reluctant 'to taking the Chairmanship
