Lavin.to recommend to the City Council amending Article 13 of Ordinance No. 1072.`N..C.S. to add Section 13 -414 to permit wholesale sales with related freight operations, trucking yards, and motor freight stations, and amending Article 14 of said Ordinance by repealing sections with duplicate numbers, and r,e- enacting certain sections with correct numeration, and by adding Section 14 -410 to permit wholesale sales with related freight operations, trucking yards and motor freight stations.
