ment: to 'be. located a't .the southeast corner of Casa Grande 'Road and Sartori
Drive.. The public hearing was opened and closed,. Motion introduced by
Comm. Tence,r; seconded by Comm. Waite °to recommend, to the City Council
approval of the Tentative Subdivision Map based on the recommended conditions
with the fol lowing mod ifIcations

Condition 4 changed to read �, Design of'6 foot landscaping strip,,irrigation
system and masoriry� wall "to be installed along'Casa Grande shall be subject
to appr,oval the Public.Works Superintendent and S'.P.A.R.C. Committee.
Design of the' shall be coordinated. design used 'at,Countrywood
Subdivision.
Condition 5' changed' to read - A.home ownera ation shall be established
