Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee
on February 26, 1981 at - 8:30 a.m. to consider the working draft' of the
allotment procedures.

Item 3.245 - to amend the Oak Hill North Development Plan to permit an enclosed
swimming pool. Mot -ion introduced by Comm. Head; seconded by Comm,. Waite to
amend.the nevelopment.Plan to permit an enclosed swimming poo'l,, based on the
recommended conditions with the following modification.
Condition 1 - modified to read - The proposal shall be subject to design
approval in accordance with Section 26 -400 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Condition 3 added to read - The name shall be subject to approval by
the Street Naming Committee.

Item 6.433 - to amend the Tentative - Subdiv- ision.Map. Motion .introduced by
Comm. Head; seconded by Comm. Shearer to amend the Tentative Subdivision Map,
based on the following recommendations.
Condition 1. Because plans for land surrounding Oak Hill Way have not been
approved, the six driveway cuts on the proposed street shall be deleted.

street, sidewalk and curb shall be maintained by the developer.

Item ;6.433 - to modify the Subdivision Ordinance to permit a meandering
public sidewalk. Motion introduced by Comm. He`ad; by Comm. Tencer
to modify the Subdivision Ordinance to permit a meandering public sidewalk,
based 'on the following recommendations.
1. The proposed spot sidewalk connections to Oak Hill Way shall be deleted.
2. The sidewalk shall be separated from Oak Hill Way by a minimum of 8 to 20
feet in the areas where it is proposed to meander.
AYES: 6 ABSENT: COMM. LAVIN

3.245 - Conditions
1. The proposal shall be subject to design approval in accordance with
Section 26 -400 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. All on-site rough grading shall be completed with Phase -l., and areas
covered by Phases II and III shall be hydroseeded for the purpose of
erosion control as a part of Phase I.
3. The street name shall be subject to approval by the Street 'Naming
Committee.
