What are the risk factors, particulary speaking of life time risks{ Margaret Kullberg, 1036 Stage Gulch Road - EIR does not address the health problem. Does not consider alternatives for a wastewater marshland habitat or an aquatic plant system. Bill 1ortum, 180 Ely Road commended the project, The EIR is inadequate as it does not separate 'the irrigation of the.Frates Ranch golf course from r the agricultural land. The loss of agricultural land - should be addressed. Mrs. McCulloch, 3606 S Ely Road Questionned whether this project tied in with the Tolay Lake project. Frank Dono, Enviro Health Specialist, Sonoma County, 3313 Chanate. Road, Santa:Rosa - clarify the type of requirements and effluent that will be used. Buffer setbacks from 50 ft. to 100 ft. required from all springs and wells. Bill Murphy, Belmont, CA - the EIR is adequate. Rita Card'o,za °,.5869 Lakeville Highway, representing Concerned Citizens for Agriculture.: - -A wastewater reuse plan without impacts associated with hillside - irrigation should be explored.
