Cond tions : 1. ' ;Exterior lighting for parking, walkway and entry areas must be provided. 2. :Buildings and apartment units must be readily identifiable in case of emergencies. 3. The potential safety hazard of the liquid propane tank and barbed wire fencing shall be eliminated to the satisfaction of the Community Development and`�Planning Director and Fire Marshal. This may take the form of removal., relocation, d'rainage,& depressurization, or other acceptable method. If the tank..shell'is to remain in .place, the barbed wire surrounding_th,e tank -shall be removed and a chain link ceiling over the area put in its place. 5. The revised use permit shall be reviewed after one year. 6. Petaluma Municipal Ordinance §20.16.010 is hereby amended as follows: • The subdivider shall file -the tentative.map and an applica- tion together with all information or documentation deemed applicable as specified by a form or_ forms- prescribed by -the Planning Department, and such additional.copies and data as may be required f:or each pro- posed subdivision.
