- Numerous'.
calls to the Police Department
A question was raised.as to the City's ability to enforce the "No Loitering"
ordinance: Comments were made by persons referring to the fact that at times
when the Police Department has responded to calls °they have been unable to make
an arresti'because there are specific charges -that cane ".be filed against the
offendingdparties. Comments were made by people indicating the fact that the
Brotman family had vigorously attempted to keep the area in front of his
Dodge City Amusement Center clear of people congregating, and that he has also
attempted.to disperse people loitering the immediate area of the Dodge City
Amusement Center.
After hear =ing from all persons wishing to speak, the Commission's consensus
was that no action would be taken at this meeting, and that a public hearing
