I, Upon a motion.-made by Commissioner Bond and seconded by Commissioner Waters, the Planning Director was directed to 'prepare and post a Negative Declaration for the proposed ? East Washington Street Widening Project based on the staff 1 report. AYES 5. NOES 0 ABSENT 0 SELECTION OF REPRESEN= Chairman 1:filligoss asked, Comm,.-Horciza if he would care to TATIVES TO SERVE. Clarification.was made that the I City Council. would appoint the two new Commissioners at their August Ath meeting and would, also confirm the appointment of one of the Commissioners to the Residential Development j Evaluation Board at that time. OTHER BUSINESS Chairman Hilligoss publicly thanked 6x-Commissioner John. Balshaw for his four years of service on the Commission, commending him on the hard work he had done and expressing regret at this termination..
