thr6u,gh the Department of Community Development
and the cost is $10.00 per person.

regarding this request and stated that plans for

Washington Street, if approved by the City Council

on Keller" Street was in addition. to the one pre-
sently located at 27 Kentucky Street. ,., He also

160 Keller Street until other facilities could
be "arranged.
Comm. Mattei:felt.Mr. Moss should be advised that
. -..a survey is being made regarding a possible bus
route.

Comm., Balshaw made the motion to.recommend approval

VALUATION
The staff report was read concerning both the EIQ
land the site design,. Since the comments of the City
Engineer were not included in these reports they
were read separately. The Site Design Review Commit-
tee report.with recommended conditions of approval
was read and the staff suggested changing the last
condition to read "City'services shall be provided
as requested by.the.City Engineer.
Mr. wood, the applicant, clarified that restroom
facilities would be.,available in the A- frame KOA
.buildirig 'and that ' 21' of the, camp sites would have
full hookups of sew.er,`wate'r'an'd electricity and the
remainder would have water and electricity.
�Comm... asked what assurance would be given,
and what procedures would the applicant follow,
regarding not al lowing permanent residents in the
camp site. Mr. Wood replied that he could furnish a
letter.,of.assur:ance if-,requested and that his wife
and he`w ®:uld do the actual. policing of this regula-
.tion as Mr. Gray remarked that an over -
night recreational ordinance was.being initiated,,
..but in the a condition of 90 days
.for maximum time.af'occupancy and also suggested
obtaining a letter of assurance from Mr. Wood.
Comm.'Bellovich referred to past flooding in this
area' on..Stony Point Road and asked if the users of
the site would, have means of egress if flooding
occurred:.. Mr. Wood-stated that there would be no
development.in the'area subject to flooding.-and that
occupants could use the Rainsville Road exit safely.
Comm. MAttei questioned-ownership of the 60 acres,
the`pos_sibility:of. future development in the area
and the required distance.of future development from

next meeting to allow. for the 10-day per public
appeals of the Negative Declaration as required by
State law.
