CORRESPONDENCE: �A letter was read. to the Commission from Comm. Cara .P... Bellovich tendering hi resignation effective as.of.September 16, 1974, and stating his reasons for resigning. Mr, Gray informed the Commission that "the, City Council had received the ,letter but'had not accepted the resignation at. this time until it had been clarified if, Comm-. Bellovich would still be required, - to file. the "Conflict of Interests" questionnaire for the period during which he served 'on the Commission. Site Design ,Reviews _l. Hlligoss was excused from the Commission for the Consent Calendar items due to a con - flict of interests.. Comm. Waters..made a motion to .approve the site designs with conditions , of - approval as recom- mended by the Site Design. Review Committee. Comm. Balshaw seconded' the motion. AYES 4 NOES 0 ABSENT 1 'ABSTAINED 1 Mr. McDevitt was informed that the next step in his project would be to apply for a variance to allow the 10 -fo6t side yard on the northwest side of the building.
