APPROVAL-OF MINUTES: The minutes of August 20, 1974 were approved as
submitted.
CORRESPONDENCE: �A letter was read. to the Commission from Comm.
Cara .P... Bellovich tendering hi resignation
effective as.of.September 16, 1974, and stating
his reasons for resigning. Mr, Gray informed
the Commission that "the, City Council had
received the ,letter but'had not accepted the
resignation at. this time until it had been
clarified if, Comm-. Bellovich would still be
required, - to file. the "Conflict of Interests"
questionnaire for the period during which he
served 'on the Commission.
Site Design ,Reviews

Comm. Hlligoss was excused from the Commission
for the Consent Calendar items due to a con -
flict of interests..
Comm. Waters..made a motion to .approve the site
designs with conditions , of - approval as recom-
mended by the Site Design. Review Committee.
Comm. Balshaw seconded' the motion.

Mr. McDevitt was informed that the next step in
his project would be to apply for a variance to
allow the 10 -fo6t side yard on the northwest
side of the building. The representative for
Americ n Leisure Living was informed that their

next step would' to obtain a mobile office
permit ermit and to comply with the conditions of ®�

the site design review'.
OTHER BUSINESS. Mr. Gray informed the Commission that, regard-
ing a previous inquiry on the Gossage Avenue
intersection, an.apceleration lane had been
striped although it did not appear to be
exactly as shown on the plans which the be.,
mission had reviewed..

Mr. Gray informed the Commission that a memo
had been sent to the Mayor, ;as the Commission
h. ad .directed, asking that the appoin of a,
Historic & Cultural-Preservation Committee be
expedited:. This. memo was read for the infor
mation of the Commissi on,.
ADJOURNMENT There being ° further business, the Planning.
Commission adjourned to a. study session on the
annual review . arid iupdate of th Housi -ng Element
