P,etalum-a City Planning Commission, 1 1 , 1 ovember 19, 197`4
all trees and shrubs shown as 1-gallon size be 5-gallon
size in conformance with Planning Commission policy.
Comm. Maters made a motion to approve the site design
revie% with conditions of approval as recommended by
the staff. The motion was seconded by Comm. Mattei.

OTHER BUSINESS: The Commission was advised that the Residential Develop-
ment Control System would be back in operation and that
the deadline for developers to submit their.applications
was December 2, 1974. The Commissioners were asked to
consider serving on the Board since two Commissioners
would have to be appointdd It was noted that the Council
would make the appointments on December 16th and the
Commission members'would have to be appointed by that
date.
The Commission was advised that the Council had directed
the staff to look to the establishment of a citizens'
committee to be involved in the Housing & Community
Development Act of 1974 application. This Act requires
a citizens' committee,t,o comment on the 3-year capital
program plus the Housing Assistance Program.
Mr. Gray informed the Commission that a Public Hearing
woIuld be published for Dece.mber• 3, 1974,to hear why the
Commission should not revoke the Use Permit for Al Stack
Auto -Wreckers.
