Comm. Hilligoss asked if there were to be; alcoholic.
beverages served at - the proposed Steak House restaur-
ant. frank Miralde.,,� representing Connolly Develop-
ment, addressed himself to 'the Commission. He stated
that the .proposed Steak House would - serve .wine and
possibly beer® He state that the Steak House would
be set u p: - very similar to the Sizzler Steak House
chain of restaurants.
Comm. .Balshaw made. a motion, to concur with the.
recommendation .of the .staf`f and direct the Director

'Decla'ration reflecting the Commission's decision.
The motion, was seconded by Comma H 11igoss.

was read by, the staff. Mr Anderson. described the
revis'idn ifi.thd plans. There was some discussio
among9t the Commissioners and 's',taf-f regarding
revision in plan�, which provided. landscaped
planters. Pj�esentiy there ate two driveways, on the

Comm. Mattei commented. on the subject of the
moratorium, which the Council passed. for. ,sewer and
water connd.ctions. There was - a brief discussion on
this sub ject.
