Battaglia, Head, Lavin, Popp, Shearer, Tencer, Waite STAFF: Gregory Freitas,, Community Development & Planning Director APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None DIRECTOR'S REPORT Dodge City Amusement Center One of the conditions of approval for the Dodge City Amusement Center Use Permit - requires that the Planning Commission review the Use Permit yearly, and a review be conducted at any time substantial or repeated complaints are received by the Planning Department. During the.past year., no .adverse comments were received by the Community Development or'Police.Departments regarding the use. It was the consensus of the Commission that no further review of this Use Permit be taken at this time. Residential.Development Control System The City Councl.adopted the time deadline establishing- a.criteria and the allotment cut- off ,' &ate for the 1981 building year to permit persons to file applications for single family subdivisions, between now and the 2nd of May, and homes to be built between May, 1981,and December 31, 1981.
