I CORRESPONDENCE None DIRECTOR'S'REPORT Mr. Freitas reported that at the June 2, 1980 City Council meeting the Council made decisions: regarding,condominium projects as welllas guidelines for the next allotment process and guidelines on establishing cut -off dates for previously ordered allotments in prior years. a COMMIS_SIONER'S REP PUBLIC�HEARINGS (,Tape 0;25 :EL - 200 PROSPECT' .ST. - Item 2'.278 to consider variance requests of Earle Hummel for (1) to reduce the lot depth of. each - parcel from'the minimum required in an R -M -G, Garden Apartment zo.nel ofl 1.00' to 94.23, (2) `to. exempt Parcel No. 1 from the requirements that one of the four parking spaces required for the existing house be covered; (3) to�delay installation of required off - street ,parking -for the existing dwelling until parcel developes; and, (,4) to reduce the required driveway width f-- 9m'12'' to t 10' for a proposed parcel map subdivision of AP No,. 6 - - 213 - -16' & 17 located at the northwest corner. of Keller and.Prospect S'treet&. Popp to approve the modification of the Subdivision regulations AYES: !6 ABSENT: WAITE:, AMENDMENT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS (Tape 266) Motion`was made by Comm. Head, seconded by Comm Shearer,, to adopt the amendment to the rules and regulations with the stipula'tion`'that the change,ln the meeting dates will become effective in July 1980. The meeting nights to be changed,from the first and.th'ird Tuesday of the month to the second and fourth Tuesday of the month,. The first meeting held under the new schedule will be 'July 8, 1980.
