Approving City Council Liaison Appointments for 2020. (Flynn) Vote: 7/0 C. Resolution 2020-007 N.C.S. to Approve the 2020 Petaluma Downtown Business Improvement District Annual Report and Related Budget; Declaring the Intention to Levy the 2020 Annual Assessment; and Setting a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2020 Annual Assessment. Resolution 2020-008 N.C.S. Approving Application to Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Association of Bay Area Governments to Establish a New Priority Development Area Surrounding the Future Corona Road SMART Station and Expand the Existing Downtown SMART Station Priority Development Area. (Paul) Vote: 7/0 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Introduction and Adoption of Ordinance 2711 N.C.S. (Urgency) and Introduction (First Reading) of Ordinance 2712 N.C.S. Amending Implementing Zoning Ordinance Chapter 4 (Zone Districts and Allowable Land Uses), Section 7.030 (Accessory Dwelling Units), Section 7.035 (Junior Accessory Dwelling Units), Table 11.1 (Parking Spaces Required), Chapter 22 (Non -conforming Structures), and Chapter 28 (Glossary), and Resolution 2020-009 N.C.S. Amending Resolutions 2014-036 N.C.S (City Facilities Impact Fee), -037 (Park Land Development Impact Fee), -038 (Park Land Acquisition Fee), -039 (Open Space Land Acquisition Fee), -186 (Waste Water Capacity Fee) and Resolution 2016-076 N.C.S (Traffic Development Impact Fee) to Comply with Changes in California State Legislation Associated with Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units. (Bendix) - The urgency and regular ordinances were amended to set the maximum unit size for ADUs at 1,000 square feet, regardless of the number of bedrooms. Minor administrative changes were made to the resolution that clarified fee calculations and corrected a typo in the resolution's title. Vote: 7/0 A. Corona Station Residential Project. - This item has been moved to the January 27, 2020 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting.
