CORRESPONDENCE: Three letters received regarding recreational vehicles. (1)
From Michael Reno, 1168 Ponderosa Drive objecting to his
neighbor parking a motor home in the front yard at their common property line. (2)
From Gary.Fr'ederick, 1.164 Ponderosa Drive refuting Mr.,Reno's letter. (3) From
L.: Ermedes 204 6th Street, ,requesting that the Commission be concerned with the park -

• STUDY SESSION': It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that a Study
Session be hel on April 101, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Clambers.to discuss the issue of on Residential Lots, Commissioner
Perry requested that the City Attorney be present and Chairman Shearer stated that public
comment would` be invited.

Condition.1 reworded to read: The Building #2 garage- .sha-1 be, improved with a hip roof,
subject to approval by'the Planning Director. All front doors shall be constructed in
the old style panel design.
Condit -ion 2 reworded to read: All exterior walls on future'buildings shal'1 be covered
with lap-siding. Building #4 shall be repainted. The two posts required to support the
Building #4 carport-shall be constructed of approved heavy timber.
Condition_ #3 reworded to read: All trees shall be at least fifteen gallons in size and •
shrubs shall be-at least five gallon's. Wild strawberry shall be spaced on minimum
twelve inch centers. Minor additional landscaping shall be added in areas, specified by
