Condition 3 added to read: The`•existing lot shall be expanded to meet the.
requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. The parking lot shall be paved with an
approved-asphalt /concrete surface, striped-, and-adequately landscaped. All parking
lot improvements-shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
