The City Council received the recommendation of
the Planning Commission and directed the staff to
prepare a revised draft ordinance to incorporate a.sep'arate Architectural and
Site Design Review Committee;•w.herein this body I would sit as a separate committee
with items directly appealable to the City Council and not be reviewed by the
Planning1'Commiss on. " be five members on the Architectural and Site
Design, Review Committee; one member from the:Planning 'Commission, one member
from the :�:City Council,,, one member from the landscape industry (a nurseryman,
architect°, or landscape arcbitect, and two members from the public.
