Areas given as an example for -two 'to four land -splits were in the Skillman Lane, Peta1uma-Blvd N/Troudy ,Lane, Magnol-l and Eastman Latie areas located within a mile of the City urban growth area,. Final landscape plans shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit. Existing trees shall be maintained in healthy.growing. condition whenever possible,. Fencing design.shall be redesigned in a manner which is characteristic of the neighborhood's architectural time period. The proposed trash container shall be fully enclosed.. 5. All required modifications, shall be subject to 'review and approval by the Community Development Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 6.
