DIRECTOR'S REPORT Computer The City. Council took the first
step in the development of a computer -based
Environmental Impact Reviewing System. This system would provide informa-
tion when an E.I.R. is ,required and also provide maps of data files for
use by tIhe Planning Commission.
COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS Comm. Waite stated the Parks and Recreation
Commission reviewed the Casa del Oro tenta-
tive subdivision map and approved the 3.2 acre neighborhood park.
Comm. Popp stated the first meeting of the
new S.P11A.R.C. Committee went smoothly.

COMMONS SUBDIVISION - `TENTATIVE! SUBDIVISION MAP
Item 6 recommending to the City Council approval of the tentative
subdivision map for Creekview Commons Subdi vision of A.P. No. 149 -09 -02
and a portion of A.P. N6s.'136- 117-0.8, a,68 -unit condominium development
located at 1500 Ely. Blvd. North,'based on the findings and conditions
recommended by staff. Motion introduced,by Comm. Shearer; seconded by
Comm. .Popp to approve the tentative map, subject to the recommended findings
and conditions, with the following addition.

and Section 8.1-500.3 of the Zoning Ordinance.. Motion introduced by 'Comm.
Popp; seconded by Comm. Battaglia, directing the: Community Development and
Planning Director to prepare,and post a Negative Declaration for the
ZoningdOr.dinance Amendments.

M- H.MOB'ILE HOME ZON -ING - AMENDMENTS TO 'ZONING ORDINANCE
Res. 49`79 (Item 7.70) recommending to the City Council approval to amend
S'ection.8.1 -200 of the-Zoning Ordinance to require that any application
for the creation of an M -H Mobile 'Home Zoning District "shall contain all
information required under. 8.1 -500 through 8',.1 -503. The Public
Hearing,�was opened and closed. Motion introduced by Comm. Popp; seconded
by Comm: Battaglia, recommending to amend Section 8.1 -2 of the Zoning
Ordinance as recommended by staff and that Section 8.1-500.3 be changed to
conform'lto the General Plan as follows:

Review Committee (S.P.A.R.C.) adopt Rules of Procedure for the conduct of
S.P.A.R:X.'s business.

shall establish regular meetings and may Rules of Procedure to
facilitate the conduct of its business pursuant 'to this chapter."
