The EDP-is actually the growth management strategy . It. dictates- ,the: direction an'd amount, 'of- grow;th will take .place in the'next =` years.. The Planning Commission 'also added a forty -third (43) change to indicate the pro- posed Chileno Valley area Regional Park.
