McNear Petition:
The petition for the re-zoning of ' the McNear property was•
read. On motion by,Commi.ss -ioner Cromwell, seconded by Commissioner
Gonzalez; the cotrimiss on adjourned. to an executive session. After
resuming their places-in 'open meeting, it was moved by Commissioner
CroRl ell, seconded `by 'Commi.ssiorior. Green,that the petition of
\Geo. P'. Me -Tear for the re- 'zoning of his property be, granted and
the Secretary directed to so recommend to the City Council. „
