A. :Douglas • for a permit to improve the Southwest corner of 3rd and I Streets' with a gas and oil, service station., which petition had been regularly referred to the 'C:ommission by the City Council, -was considered and ,on motion 'by. ,Mr Gonza seconded by M rs. Hamilton, the Seeretary w as instructed to advise the C ity .Council that the .Commission: recommends that 'Mr,.- Douglas be granted the permit which he seeks.
