for building a service station on

of the R. K. Douglas petition
the corner of Third and I Streets.
PRESENiT: Commissioners Evans., Gonzalez, Jones, Cromwell and McFadden.
Upon motion regularly made and carried the meeting was postponed
until :-,10 o'clock A. M. Saturday, June 4th, at the request of Attorney
Lounib'os, representing the protestants, which request was agreeable
to Attorney Howell, representing the applicant.

addressed the Gomm sloh, opposing the granting of -aid permit.
After a. len by discussionand consideration of th matter,
it waq. moved, s conded and carried that the Commission commend to
the City Counc that the 'application of R. A. Douglas fo a permit
to erect a s' vic.e station on the corner of Third and I St eets
be denied.
On motion regularly made and carried the meeting
adjourned.
