1 Attorney Karl Brooks reported the filing by'E;'C. Hoover
of a j.petition. for zone change from residential zone to Commercial Zone
OR D�� property situated on Magnolia Avenue 100 Wester, ly from Main
Street- also the filing .of Affidavit of Pub of Notice of
Hearing on Petition for Zone Change in the 'Hoover matter, and the
filing of Affidavit of Mailing of Notices of Hearing to property
owners within 200 of 'the property referred to in the, petition.

building which is to be used for the display... sale and repair of
farming implements but that there will be no manufacturing done 'there.

by , C,ommiasioner Zitlau an unanimously adopted.
