The Planner stated that the map is in substantial conformance with the

held at this time. The Planner read a detailed' staff report (made part
of the pq, I rmanent file) recommending approval of the rezoning. Mr. Byrd
also read�a letter written by Attorney Karsevar, representing Petaluma
Properties, Inc.., opposing the granting of any variances from the ap-
proved General Plan. Mr. S. L. Cope, along with other members Interest-
ed in the proposed development of a 'mohile: home park if the zoning Is
