Mr presented a favorabl i e staff report but listed several conditions limiting the operation. (said report was made part of the permanent file) No protestsi were voiced. to the proposed use whereupon Res. U5-64, granting' the use permit was tntrodtced by Comm. Stanley, seconded by Comm.: Popp and gassed by all members present subject to the conditions listed In the Planner's report.
