APPROVAL OF MINUTES - the minute's for the meetings of Feb. 18, 26 and

GOLDEN EAULE MILLING COMPANY., USE PERMIT FILE U6,-
Public hearing was hel,d on a use permit 'application filed by the Golden
Eagle Mill-ing Company - to' allow minor m�od1ficat to a non-conforming
Industrial use in a Cl Zone., lbdat'ed, Alt .2 Petld'l,uma Boulevard North
(for the construction of two clusters of's . torage bins). Mr. Byrd pre-
sented a favorable staff report based upon the fact that the addition of
.these bins, constitutes aminor addition to the non-conforming use and
will not. affect the projected, -life of the st r
ructue. Said report was
made part I �,of the permanent file. No O'bj, . ections were voiced,. Mr. Dolph
Hill. was present and clarif-f-ed the extent of the ,proposed construction.
Res.- U6-64., granting the use permit, was introftbed�by Comm. Stanley,,
seconded by Comm. Richards and pas unanimously with the following
, conditions ,, . (1) No variances or exceptions shall be granted in the lo-
cation of-the proposed bins on the _ site. an d (2) a ;11 regulations of the
Uniform Building Code shall be complied with In the construction of said
project.

DESIGN REVIEW WAS GRANTED FOR THE FOLLOWING-

Hatchery property) by Fortne,r Bros,'' Motion was introduced
,by Comm. Stanley, seconded by Comm. Richards and passed
, , , unanimously. Mr6 Huff, 624'- `F" Street and Mr. Warner
'X. Brewer, 4.14 - 6th Street (residents of the area) reviewed
:`the plans also and expressed. their approval.
(2) ;Apartments to be constructed at 410 Keller Street by More-
land & La ill The motion was Introduced by Comm. Richards
seconded by CbMM. and passed unanimously.
NOTE , o In, brief report relative to the above apartments, Mr. Byrd
ret,onimended in both. casts that low pItched roofs be utilized
ln'�tead of the proposed flat roofs as indicated on the plans.
