Chairman Gatewood opened the public hearl,ng reg3,iding the use permit ap-
plidation filed by Jeff Hinman 'to allow multiple dwellings to be con-
structed Inn transitional R-2-3000 Zone located at 1-12 Fair Street.
`The applicant was present. , In his staff report (made part of the per-
manent file" the Planner indicated that the site lies between a commercial
land use aft, the high school a.nd that the proposed development will not
create a d6trimental effect on the adjoining single family residences.
No objectio'n's were voiced. Res. 138-64, granting the use permit., was In-
troduced by Comm. St,.anley, seconded by Co Popp and passed unanimously.
