Chairman Gatewood opened. the. public hear regarding the application
filed by A. D. Fearon to rezone a poet ion of the M:Near Home Site to
a C-H District. Mt. Byrd present.ed ii det'alled. staff report (rude

The Commission reviewed the revised'tentative map for Garden Estates
filed by Atlantic & Pacific Build,ers." Mr. Byrd presented the staff
report - (made part of the permanent The Planner further stated

The fin&'l map filed by Donald Goodnight f'or Buenos Noches S
#2 was reviewed by the Comm Mn. Byrd read a favorable report
f rom the City Engineer and .added that, he concurred with same. Res.
�,� 39-64, approving said f'ina-1 map., was I by Comm. Richards,
seconded' by Comm. Stanley and pa: unanimously. The Planner informed
the Commission that he h,a:d written a . memo to the City Engineer recom-
mend ing:that our subdjvisi ordirianc:e'be updated in the near future.
.CONSIDERATION OF - ' STREET NAME FOR KAZEN 'COURT V/
Due to the fact that the names Cader Cour, t Kazen Court are quite
slmilar�9, the Commission felt' that it' might warrant changing the name

Planning Commission requeisting them to delay action on this permit for

County agree to delay the action). Mr. Byrd.continued that the General
Plan indicates Light to Heavy Industrial for ihis area on the Master
Plan (n'o' service stations are permitted In the Industrial zones this

approval of the service station with the: c=o.nditlon that the Petaluma
City Pla Commission retain 'the right to, site review :and based on
