MOSS APPEAL TO CITY COUNCIL ON USE PERMIT !L5 0 Mr. Byrd informed the Commission of the appeal filed with the City Counc by Myvel A. Moss regarding the Use Permit U15-64 denied by the Planning Commis Ion at the ldt meeting. His appeal,, however, modifie" the use permit applicat by eliminating the employment sea -v1cc-,,,, and only requested the afisweiing service. Mr. Byrd presented a staff in which he recommended that the appeal be denied be- 13-102 of the Zoning Ordinance. cau In h1s opinion, It violates Sec. REVIS:I% '1`O ZONING TEXT WITH REGARD TO TRAILER PARKS The PlannIfin, Director presented.a report recommending a revision in r Article 15 and an addition to Article 2 of the Zoning Ordinance with regard to trailer parks. - Comm. Gans moved that a public hearing be set col. Oct. 6, 1964. regarding said revision. The motion was seconded by Corririi. IFIAL chard s and was unanimously passed. ACTION WITH REGARD TO CERTAIN STREET MATTERS OF THIS CITY, RES. 1�.1 ®61� J The Plannet stressed the importance regarding the mapping of rights- or-way for future streets and outlined several steps that should be uaken in - Llie near future to provide for same. Mr. Howard Heqgum was present,and expressed satisfaction over the proposed plan.
