The Commission discussed the "present zoning text.whi.ch requires 20% of
the lot to 'I�e side'yards' (min. of 5 .ft,.). A motion was introduced by Comm.
Richards, aeconded by Comm, Stanley., and passed unanimously, that the
Planning Commission set a 5 ft, sideyyard as policy of the Commission.
