Regu meeting" - of',' the Petaluma City Plannin Commission held on Octo
ber 2 1 9 6 4,at 7030 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Petaluma, California.
PRESENT: Comm. Gans, Richards,, Popp., 'Stanley, Gatewood.
ABSENT; None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - the minutes for the meetings of Sept. 1 5, 21, and
October 6, 19 were approved as submitted.
CORRESP ONDENCE
In the absence of the Planning Direct.or,,.hfs secretary informed the
Commission of a letter received from Ernest Waters relative to a rezon-
ing request for property located ihe'Lakeville Annexation. The
,� secretary was requested to the lett_er until the meeting of Novem-
ber 4,'A9 at
which time a public hearIng''wii*1 be held to rezone the
entire' area.

passed; electing Comm, Gatewood to serve as chairman of the Planning
Commission for the ensuing yearn A motion was introduced by Comm.
Stanley, seconded by Comm,e.Popp,'and- passed, electing D. Ann Richards
G' to serve as Vice - Chairman of the Planning Commission for the ensuing
yea r.
The Commission will hold their annual dinner meeting on Thursday,
October 29, 1964 at Sonoma. Joe's Restaurant..

missioni, the meeting was adjourned.
