Mrs.1 Wm. Paula requested an Informal oprin-ibn from the Commission
as to the possibility of getting i portion of their property
rezoned from 'a residential district 'to. a commercial district (the
property being at 685 Bodega Ave.). Mr. Byrd informed the Com-
misiJon and . Mrs. Paula that, in hif,s 6,pinipn., it would be improper
for 'the Commission to give an opinion without the applicant'hav
ing ' pplied for a rezoning, - He, further statpd that zoning of this
area comme'r'cial 'Would violate the Master - Plan.
ADJOURNMENT there being no further business to come before the
Commission, the meeting was adjourned.,
