Vice- Chairman Richards opshed the hearing on said rezoning ini,
tiated by the Pl'ann'Ing Commission. The Planner° presented a comprehenr
sive report relative to land use, utilities, access, etc., indicating

objections voiced. Re,s�., Z7 -65, recommending to the City Council the'
above mentioned rezofif'ng, was introduced by Comm. Gans, seconded by
Comm. Stanley and passed unanimously.

since most of the subdivision is In the C6unty, but that approval of
the Commlission was necessary to expedite work on Assessment District

No, 3. A staff report was pre§ented by the Planer (made art p of the

moved that 'Mr. Byrd direct a letter to the editor relativ e. to the, ,,Plan7,-
nlng Commission."s 'stand on. the library Issue. The motion was s,ecbjided
