A motion was made by Comm. Stanley, seconded,by Comm. Popp, and passed unani approving the site de- sign for!safd restaurant with the Planner's recommendation regarding access to the site. Res. 19-j,65, approving the final map for Garden` Estates Unit 3, was introdtc,ed by Comm. Cans, seconded by Comm. Richards, and passed unani- mously. SONOMA. For�'stry Division is not equipped to handle all, structural fires. They wer also concerned over the concentration. of septic tanks Instal- lations,Pf this nature and feared they would eventually fail. In view of the fa ct that such subdivisions constitute'urban development without availab l e urban services, the Commission recommended that a study be made to 'develop a polity regarding such subdivisions which would be acceptahle to both the City and the County. 'A motion was made by Comm. Rich seconded by Comm. Cians and passed, that the Planner write, a letten Sonoma County Planning Department indicating the City Planning! Commission's feelings regarding subdivisions of this nature. Regarding the tentative map submitted, the Commission recommended minor design changes and a st name change Mr. Byrd will be present when the County planning Commission reviews said map.
