lar meeting. Comm. Garis commended Mr. Byrd on his excellent summation
and presentation of the above mentioned matter.

tative approval to the creation of the tuylb lotsz. with the condition that
the City ' Engineer not sign the split until - proper procedure had been
determined by the City Attorney.
