The Commission reviewed the site"'11p for the proposed Anderson Memo-
rial Hospital to constructed at the corner of West El . and Hayes
- Lane. Mr_ Wed-ell. was present on b of Wedell Group Architects and.
answered"varlo.us. questions posed by the Corhmission. Although the de-
sign meets a.11 ' reqqlrement:s of the ordinance, the Commission expressed-
concern over the I!-mite:d parking.ava,ilable ' for the site, Due to the
topography, street parking could cr' a real hazard If the proposed
parking spaces proved Inadequate. The following motion was made by

ANDERSON GENERAL I OSPITAL, VARIANCE
A minor variance was requested by the Wedell Group to allow a 12 ft.
rear yard setback for a small portion of,the- 6sed Anderson General
Hospitali. Res. V26-65, granting the-v'a""rilance, was introduced by Com-
missioner Styles, seconded by Comm. Gans, and passed.

The Planner presented the Commission with the Annual Report (giving a
brief outline of same) and his report on "Implementation and Updating
of the Petaluma Area General Plan" and invited the Commission to re-
view both.
