FILE 5 for-'.a proposed sales :office._and wooddeck open display.area Petaluma Boulevard South., Mr. Ezra Swallow was present.on.be half-.of the applicant and answered several questions pertaining-to-the' requirements for approval as.submitted by the staff. After due deliberation.,'a.motion, approv- ing,site design review as presented, with. further'considerati.on that the'aterial within 25 f �m eet front.,property. line by "maintained.at a height less than the height.of,the'fence, and with the further stipulation that the applicant has.the, choice of- maintaining a solid,planting across the front property or p lack ing redwood slats in a.chain link fence, was introduced. -by Comm '.
