The City Council proposes to form an assessment district pursuant to the Landscaping 9 'and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and Highways Code) for the to purpose of the following improvements: tt 12 The maintenance of all the public landscaping improvements as part of "Corona Creek II 13 Subdivision" consisting of plant material, trees, irrigation systems, and soundwall located 14 in the following public areas: The frontage area from curb to sidewalk and behind is sidewalk to the soundwall, on the north side of Sonoma Mountain Parkway from the 16 western boundary of the Corona Creek II subdivision to the west corner of Sonoma 17 Mountain Parkway and Mauro Peitro Drive including the corner. Starting again aYthe east 18 corner of Sonoma Mountain Parkway and Mauro Pietro Drive, including the corner east t9 to the eastern most boundary of the Corona Creek II subdivision. Including an area on the zo north side of Via Elisabetta Court behind curb to sidewalk and behind sidewalk to fence 21 (property line of lots 24, 23, 22, 21), west to lot 15 property line. Including the median 22 island on Via Elisabetta Court. Including al] street trees between sidewalk and curb on 23 both sides of the street on Via Elisabetta Court and Mauro Pietro Drive. 2a 25 2. The proposed assessment district shall be designated Corona Creek 2 Landscape z6 Maintenance District, City of Petaluma, Sonoma County, California, and shall include the land z7 shown on the map designated "Assessment Diagram, Corona Creek 2 Landscape Maintenance z8 District, City of Petaluma, Sonoma County, California" which map is on file with the City Clerk 29 and is hereby approved. Rmomtion No. 97-34~cs Page 1 of 2 1 3. Tom Hargis, Director of Engineering, is hereby designated engineer for the purpose of 2 these formation proceedings. The City Council hereby directs the engineer to prepare and file with 3 the City Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the Landscape and Lighting , a Act of 1972.
