Sheila Baker, Petaluma, asked Council to consider Vision Zero which includes

bringing down speed limits, improving lanes for bicycles and reducing access to
20
streets for big trucks.

Janice Cader Thompson, Petaluma, complimented staff on a thorough and
23
promising transit presentation. She is concerned about safety issues on McDowell
24
Boulevard, and how the City will handle bonding for Rainier.

Ben Peters, Petaluma, said the California Energy Commission has a grant
27
available for street projects and energy efficiency.
