The Commission studied' the proposed draft. Chairman Stanley
indicated•the - maximum number of ,an °imals allowed, as proposed
in ;the draft, , was too low. Mr. . McGi.vern stated perhaps the
draft could be -reworded and Estill given the, protection needed.

number of animals to be allowed .since there would be no way to
ascertain. whether .an owner o£ I a. parcel of ;land has 6, 12', or
