APPOINTING
FREDRICK C. STOUDER
AS CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Fredrick C. Stouder has been selected as the preferred candidate for the position of
City Manager; and,
WHEREAS, Negotiations regarding an employment agreement have been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Petaluma City Council hereby
1. Appoints Frederick C. Stouder to the position.of City Manager effective February
2, 1998, under the conditions set forth in the attached Employment Agreement and as
outlined in the Compensation Plan for Unit 8; and,
2. Approves the Employment Agreement and authorizes the Mayor to execute said
agreement.
Under the power and authority conferred by the Charter of said City.
