Mr. McGivern commented on Resolution DR 3 of the Board of Directors of the Sonoma iCounty Water Agency establishing policy for the process- ing of requests for additional water by agency water users. Acting Chairman Cerini opened the public hearing USE PERMIT to consider the use permit application filed by RES. U4-72 Fiber Stress, Inc. to.allow the manufacture of lightweight camper' trailers at 150 Hopper Street in aM=L (Limited Industrial) District. The staff report, read by Mr. Anderson, recommended approval subject to the three (1) conditions of approval. Mr..Pat Shannon stated the Chamber of Commerce ha been working with the Fiber Stress Represen- tativeJor months to locate in an appropri- ate area for the subject use,. Acting Chairman Cerini'."c-lused the public hearing. Resolution U4-72, approving the use permit subject to the conditions outlined in the Staff report and the added condition that the subject use permit shall be reviewed in one year was introduced by Comm6 Popp, seconded by Comm. Schmelz, and passed unanimously by all members present. TEXACO, INC. - Acting Chairman Cerini opened the public hearing USE PERMIT to consider the use permit application filed by RES. U3-72 Texaco, Inc. to allow a two bay service station at,910 BayWood Drive in a C-H (Highway Commercial) District. The staff report, read by Mr. Anderson, recommended approval subject to the six (6) condi- tions of approval. Mrs Paul Frank, representing Texaco Inc. and Mr.,'Robert Lee, architect, appeared before. the Com- mission. ' No opposition from the audience was voiced., Acting Chairman Cerini closed the public hearing. Resolution U3-72, approving the use . _permit subject to the conditions outlined in the staff report and the added condition that the construction of the building shall comply to the Building Code with regards to the fire wall construction was intro- duced by Corrurn. Daly, seconded by Comm. Popp, and passed unanimously by all members present. Daly requested, the Commission make recommendations to the City Council on the Environmental Design P1an,Methodology® These recommendations are as ,follows: - 1. 500 maximum residential dwellings per year (250 maximum east of the freeway,,) 2® Establish an open.season for all builders to file applications for building permits..
