Mr. McGivern discussed a letter received from the State Division of
Highways regarding the reli- nqushment of Perry Lane at Lakeville
Highway.
Mr. McG ivern.read a let -ter from the Sonoma County Independent Ser-
vice Station Dealers, Association, John Grant, Executive Secretary
for the Board of Directors. This letter was directed to the County
of Sonoma and the eight cities within the County requesting control
of type and location of service stations.

from the moratorium established by the City Council.
Much discussion followed r egarding each case where-
upon -a motion was introduced by Comm. Cerini,
seconded by Comm. Popp, to hold a public hearing

County Planning Commission indicating no opposition to the subject
rezoning.
ADJOURNMENT. There being no further business to come before the Commis -
sion, the meeting was adjourned.
