Fitzgerald, Supervisor of Construc- tion and:Maintenance for Douglas Oil Co. filed an application requesting an one year extension of time of Use Permit U26 -71, granted to Douglas Oil Company for a serv.ice,station at 4995 Petaluma Boulevard North. Anderson, Assistant Planner (CORRECTIONS FOR FIRST PAGE ONLY PERTAINING T MIN UTES) MINUTES: The minutes for the meeting of May 16, 1972 were approved as written. The minutes for the meeting of July 5, 1972 were differed for approval at the next meeting. There was a question as to the meaning_ of the minutes of June 6th reading: "The minutes for the meet- ing_ of June 6th 1972 were referred back to the Planning Commission at the meet- ing of July 18th, subject to clarifica- tion of the Use Pe rmits on Lakeville street" EXPLANATION This is in reference to the-scheduling of a public hearing pertaining to Use Permits on Lakeville Street and the sending of registered letters to vio- lators. Ande Assistant Planner MINUTES: The minutes for the meeting of May 16th, 1972 wore approved as written. The minutes for. - the meeting of June 6th, 1912 were refe.rr'ed back to the Planning Commission at"the meeting of July 18th, subject clarifica.tion of the Use Permit on Lakeville Street. A motion was intro- duced to Comm. Balsh seconded by Comm. Daly that the Planning Director take,action to officially notify the violators an'd schedule a public hearing at the earliest time. The motion was passed unanimously by all members prqsient*. SITE DESIGN REVIEW Mr. Anders on.read the report of the action taken by the Site Design Review Committee at. its meeting of,June 30th, 1972. A motion was introduced by Comm. Popp, seconded by Comm. Daly reported the suggested would'be comprised of the following: The Fire Chief, Police . Chief, City Engineer, Planning Director, ­a member of the Petlauma Citv School 0 10-3- .�etaluma City Planning Minutes July 1972 0 District Board, a member of the Old Adobe Schoold District Board, members of the Commission and members of City Council, and members at large from the citzenry. Much dis- cussion followed whereupon the Commis- sion indicated they would support the City Council on this subject matter.
